The SEES-Athlete guideline was developed with the same rigour as the original SEES guideline. We collected a panel of experts with knowledge of eating disorders and athletes to guide the process. The SEES-Youth guideline was developed based on a literature review and in conjunction with an interdisciplinary panel of youth eating disorder experts. The SEES-Youth guideline focuses on movement that are relevant to youth like sports, play and gym class.
